Comfort Measures: The Partner Sessions

During these sessions, you and your birth partner will learn a variety of comfort measures to utilize together during pregnancy and labor. Some of these exercises may include physically applying pain relieving pressure, massage, holding, and slow dancing. Other comforts may be simply incorporating different breathing exercises and relaxations for the different stages of labor. Learn when and why these different internal and external comfort measures could be useful and appropriate.
