Additional Postpartum Support

  • Placenta Encapsulation is the process of transforming your placenta into an ingestible capsule to be taken postpartumly. Through a respectful and honoring process, your placenta, that your body grew specifically for your little one(s), turns into an additional personalized element during your healing time after birth.

    Benefits Include:

An increase and boost in energy level

An increase in the hormone oxytocin - which aids in returning the uterus to it’s original size, which in turn aides in a decrease in postpartum waste blood, and enhances bonding with baby

    An increase in breastmilk production

Helps restore iron levels in the blood

A decrease in Baby Blues, postpartum depression or other PMADs (Perinatal or Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorders)

  • While breastfeeding is a natural action and experience, we understand it does not always come naturally, or is easy from the beginning. It is normal for the flow and ease of breastfeeding to take some time. It is a learned experience on both your side and your baby / babies side.

If you are experiencing issues or have concerns with breastfeeding, we are here to help and support you through this to have the best feeding journey for you and your baby.

We do not feel that there is one right way to feed your baby, and it can take a little time to find what works for you all.

  • Learn to provide the nurturing touch of massage to your baby. This process of bonding offers so many opportunities for you and your baby to get to know each other better and strengthen your relationship building upon love and trust through interaction, relaxation, stimulation, and relief.
